City Owned Development Sites

The City of Princeton offers the Princeton Logistics Center and the Princeton Technology Park for shovel-ready development. The Princeton Logistics Center consists of 125 acres with sites from 2 acres up priced at $13,500. The 67 acre Princeton Technology Park offers smaller sites from 1.3 acres up at $17,500. Both parks offer convenient access to Interstate 80.
